The Challenge
JongLeren’s intake process was draining recruiter time and slowing down placements. Each candidate journey required multiple touchpoints, a 40-minute intake call, and another 30 minutes of manual CRM updates. Recruiters often discovered halfway through that a candidate wasn’t even eligible, creating frustration, lost time, and inconsistent data.
